Black Mold?

Interesting. So apparently the armory may have black mold. So Elaine and I made the executive decision ( since neither of us has great health insurance), that we were getting out of there. We scheduled the station to play through tuesday, and I'll call later this week and find out what the state health inspectors said. This may be a blessing in disguise for me, since I was wondering when in the world I was going to get every thing done. I've added a new site to my list of links. If you have never heard of Craigslist, I suggest you check it out. Way better than ebay, and you can post for free. We got our great dryer off of there awhile aback and are looking for a good double stroller.

To good to pass up

I found this picture on a website, for those of you who know him, doesn't this look like my brother shaun? I'm pretty sure we have pictures of him that are way similar too. The week continues to look very stressful. Hopefully more stuff like this will come my way to cheer me up. :)

Busy, Busy, Busy

The updates are just going to be few and far between for the next little while. On top of looking for a Job (I hope to have more to tell in a couple of weeks), I'm busy with Radio and church responsibilities, as well as waiting for our next baby to be born. I will try to get on and post some pictures if that happens. Kris isn't due until May 13th, but you never know. In particular this next week looks bad. Tomorrow I start teaching the 6 week Adult discipleship class on Media Choices. It is something I have had a vision to do for some time, but now I wish I had put it off till fall. I have tomorrow's lesson complete, so at least I don't need to worry about that one. Next Sunday I have to teach Adult Sunday school, and Preach. On Monday Evening, I am meeting with the Committee that is organizing the entertainment for the youth in the evenings at Conference this year. Tuesday night I will be at the station. Wednesday night, I will be working on the aforementioned sermon and Class, Thursday night is station again and Friday night is God's Creative Kids. On Saturday Morning we will be going to another birthing class. We went to the first one today. Can you tell I'm a little on the scattered side? Please pray for us as we try to survive the next Month or so!! Oh and I almost forgot, we are gearing up for our Youth trip, June 10th through the 17th. Hope some of this update made sense.

More pictures the last post wouldn't let me put in.

This past Crazy weekend

The Freeds got away to a cabin in the Hocking hills area this past Friday through Sunday. It was a good time, although quite tiring. I must be getting old. Staying up till midnight just beats the tar out of me. I am happy to say that out of the 4 Settlers of Catan games that I participated in, I won three. Not to Gloat or anything. We hiked a bit, but mostly we hung out in the cabin and relaxed. Kalvary got her first taste of a Hot Tub. She kept wanting to take her baths in it. Jeff and Kara made some pretty stellar Pizza, and Shaun cooked up some delicious steaks. All in all the food we had was pretty awesome.
For those of you who haven't heard about the Echo Cardiagram Ultrasound we had on thursday of last week, it went quite well. They couldn't find anything wrong with the baby's heart and couldn't hear even an inkling of a heart murmur. Praise God for that!! We are getting close to the end with only 4-5 more weeks to go in this pregnancy.
Today was busy, I trained Elaine for most of the morning. She is really picking things up well. Both her and Ed have been very impressive with their vision and drive. I feel that I am leaving the station in capable hands. This afternoon, I went home since I knew that I would be gone this evening. At 3 we had a prenatal appointment. That went well, Kalvary usually has such a blast with the toys and the people there, and once again the new baby is doing great. Then this evening I had two meetings at the armory, one with Ed, Elaine, the Armory Director Roger, the assistant Director Debra, and an astute radio advisory member, Molly. We discussed Ed and Elaine's roles in relation to the power structure at the armory. Then at 630 we had a regular board meeting. It also went well although long. After reading this book you deserve some pictures from the previous week. They are fairly Self explanatory.

The Winner!!

Even without the final game next week, a member of my family has won London Christian fellowship's bracket contest. Look and see who it is.

Ok the link doesn't work. It was Kris.
