it means to mean rammed right up along side the head. BOOM!!
...a blind-sided ramming (in the side, of course).
Yeah--definitely sounds like getting blindsided in the side. So it's good you came up with the word, Ryan, because apparently there isn't a shorter way to say "blindsided in the side."
alt. definition:
adj. -- having to do with curlyness --not straight (like a ram's horns). ex: "Yeah, the wreck didn't do much to the front of the car, but the back is pretty ramsided.
it would mean your car got uhh, sided by a ram... or a mountain goat... they look pretty similar... i think
